Unlike the images in the section labeled The Landscapes of Memory, this picture is not taken from memory but arose purely from the imagination. Still, I seem to remember sunsets that looked much like this. Sunset Hills was intended to be an illustration of a story I wrote a few years ago called The Reegiad.
